Notice to Members – General Meeting

Bawinanga Homelands Aboriginal Corporation would like to notify all Members that a General Member’s Meeting will be held at 10am on 14 July 2026 at the Rangers’ Shed in Maningrida. This meeting is an important chance to come together, hear updates, and have a say on decisions that affect our organisation and community.

The Agenda includes:

• Mid-year update from the Chair and CEO
• Introduction of the new Independent Director
• Approval of minutes from the last members’ meeting (Nov 2025)
• Endorsement of two new Board members (casual director vacancies)
• Proposed changes to the Rule Book, allowing Alternate Directors
• Opportunity for members to ask questions and give feedback
• Other important business raised by members
